Service Managers

At Cintre, we take pride in the exceptional quality of care provided in our Autism and Learning Disability care homes. Central to this commitment is the calibre of our Managers, who are dedicated professionals with a passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Our Managers bring a wealth of expertise and experience to their roles. They possess specialised training in autism, learning disabilities, and related fields, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide person-centred care of the highest standard.

Leading with compassion and empathy, our Managers understand the unique challenges faced by individuals with autism and learning disabilities. They foster an environment of acceptance, respect, and understanding, where every resident is valued for their unique abilities and potential.

    Ryan joined Cintre as a support worker in 2021 and has since progressed to be the registered manager of Cintre’s Weston service, Graham Court.

    Prior to working for Cintre, Ryan attended university at UWE and holds a 1st class bachelors degree in applied computing. After graduation Ryan career swapped to care, bringing with him his computer knowledge and personal experiences of supported living as a care leaver of North Somerset.

    Ryan loves nurturing talent within his team and building strong working relationships with people supported and their families.

    Ryan enjoys sharing his passion for technology, cooking & funny t-shirts with those in his services and is a strong advocate for dignity, compassion and empowerment for all.

  • Ayan Macalin Cintre House (Residential)

    Ayan has worked with Cintre for four years.

    Starting as a Senior Support Worker Ayan has progressed with her career. Working hard to develop skills to support her career progression.

    Recently being successful in taking on he role of Manager for Cintre House.

    Prior to this Ayan was Assistant Manage of Cintres’ Supported Living Service where she also oversaw the Community Services team.

    Sharon has worked in the care sector for over twenty years. Her background is working with older adults (Dementia), in a hospital and care home setting, and has been a registered manager in residential homes and rehab settings.

    Sharon loves what she does and enjoys nothing more than knowing she has made someone’s day brighter. She enjoys being an advocate and voice for those who are vulnerable and unable to express their wishes and beliefs.

    Sharon hopes her contribution to the care sector gives all vulnerable people the opportunity to feel that they are being supported and listened to. She hopes this builds confidence, so they can be proud of who they are, and so families feel well supported when times are challenging.
