Cintre has revisited its core Vision, Values and Mission Statement to ensure that it is in
line with our position today and going forward. (April 2026 to April 3031)

Mission Statement
We are dedicated to providing specialist housing and support services for adults
with Autism and Learning Disabilities across the Southwest, expanding the number of
individuals we can support.
Our focus is on fostering a positive and inspiring culture for both our staff and the
people we support, delivered by a compassionate, highly trained team that upholds
our core values.
