Cintre provides high quality residential care services to individuals aged 16 and upwards with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, we support people in a structured and nurturing therapeutic environment and assist them in taking individual steps towards independence. Cintre is experienced in working with individuals who are on the autistic spectrum, asperger's syndrome, ADHD, dyspraxia and other special needs......we have considerable experience in working with individuals whom display particularly challenging behaviour and complex needs in addition to their learning or developmental disabilities. Each of our residential homes provide support 24 hours a day with a ratio of two service users to one member of staff and two staff sleeping in overnight. A registered manager, deputy manager, shift leaders and support staff make up the teams within each home. Cintre runs a key working allocation system giving each service user one member of staff responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing their support package. Cintre values its high quality in care supported by highly trained staff and adhering to care standards.
We want all the people we support to feel, first and foremost, that Cintre is their home, providing a welcoming and secure environment; our aim is to guide, facilitate and promote individual choice for all of the young people we support and help them develop the capacity to move onto supported living. We passionately believe in each person's potential to achieve his or her own personal goals.
